Our Screening Unit provides the infrastructure and in-house expertise for collaborators within the Center for Genomic Science of IIT@SEMM, located on the IFOM-IEO campus in Milan. Our Unit works on projects related to academic scientific research (cell signaling pathways, for example) as well as translational research projects (including identification of targets for drug development). The Unit harnesses sophisticated technologies (including high throughput and high content imaging, integrated robotic platform) in order to synergize with outstanding campus Research Departments in the fields of Epigenetics, Oncology, Drug Discovery and Stem Cells. We also welcome discussions for external collaborations in RNAi-based screening projects.
